As the start date of the event comes closer, we want to ensure you have everything in order and are geared for a successful three-day event ahead. To assist you in the best possible way we can, we have put together a list of all the official event branded tools you can use (absolutely free of cost) to actively promote your participation at the event. Yes – we did say FREE and we mean it.
1. For your website
Use the official event web banner to make your website visitors aware of your participation at Gulf Glass this year. The banner can be personalized to show your stand details and allows anyone interested in visiting you to click and pre-register for their fast track entry.
2. For your emails
Add your personalized event branded banner to your email signature. For every email that you send in a day (and for most people this is a primary mode of contact these days), your participation message will be seen. This informs all the people that you are already in touch with of your participation at the upcoming event. Clicking on this banner allows them to pre-register for their fast track entry and is an opportunity to meet with you.
3. For your print media
Request our marketing team to provide you with an event sticker which you can paste on any print media or include on your digital banners showing your stand details and your participation as an exhibitor at the upcoming event. Alternatively, you can download this via the exhibitor manual.
4. Receiving post in the mail these days is special!
For those exhibitors that feel the digital world is full of clutter and would like to add a personal touch to their invitation approach, Gulf Glass will send you event branded post card invitations in bulk. You can then either have your sales team hand this out to their clients personally inviting them to visit you at the event or simply post them to your clientele. Receiving personal mail is so rare these days – it sets you apart from the rest. Tell us how many postcards you would like sent to your office along with the address and we will make sure you receive these in time.
5. Digital invitations (E-invites)
Our in-house Gulf Glass creative team are equipped to design an E-invite carrying your company logo, stand details and location. The template can be used to invite your entire client list. Request for a template via the exhibitor manual. All we need from you is a high resolution image of your company logo. 6. Media opportunities
